Unitron has introduced a new family of hearing aids, aiming to provide hearing aid wearers with a comfortable first fit experience and industry-leading sound performance. Moxi Jump R brings the latest technologies to Unitron’s hearing aid line-up. Thanks to the binaural streaming from a majority of Bluetooth devices, Moxi Jump R lets you connect to your favorite gadgets and enjoy hands-free phone calls, video call and media streaming to both ears. The included lithium-ion battery will power your hearing aids for a full-day of hearing, while eliminating the need to change batteries.
Unitron Moxi Jump R also introduces a newly refined and personalized first fit calculation, intended to give hearing aid wearers a comfortable sound experience to start, progressively adjusting the volume to the target fit automatically. Age-related hearing loss happens gradually, and one’s hearing adapts to decreased volume and lesser variety of sound. It takes new hearing aid wearers time to adjust to the sounds they are not accustomed to hearing anymore, and Unitron’s gradual automatic adjustment allows you to get used to your new hearing aids without sacrificing comfort.

Using Machine Learning – a branch of artificial intelligence – the sound processing system in Moxi Jump R automatically recognizes, classifies, and adjusts sound according to the acoustic environments. “The Discover platform classifies sound in seven different listening environments and now classifies streamed signals, as well,” says Dr. Donald Hayes, Director of Clinical Research, Unitron. “It automatically adjusts the response of the hearing instrument to be optimized for speech or music.” This means that the hearing instruments can automatically apply the best, most appropriate features and signal processing for each listening environment, automatically.
